As the carousel moves, shades play, red as a ruby, embodying passion, love, strength, courage and leadership. Red, honoring women.
Em was the epitome of these five facets. She was successful more than her partner. Em was thrilled by her new prosperity life showed when the sun shone. How picturesque than a quiet dock to enjoy and savor this success hand in hand, side by side.
The carousel plays, again, with five new shades, from jealousy to egoism machismo and anger, violence.
It ended, painting the water red.

Now no more joined, entwined, no more warmth, only hands float.

They were the same, neutral, and you visionless, dissolved in the vividness vindicating victorious giggles. Now a vignette.

I didn't know why...
We went skydiving and fortunately found a glitch in harnesses,
To a blue sea when not savvy to swimming,
Bought blueberries when allergic,
Trekking the blue mountains only to fall and fracture,
Oh, the fights, I just thought they were the blues...
Then,
It showed on my skin, mixed with purple and
Even memorized the burns of the blue flames.
I prepared his favorite dishes as he ordered.
My secret ingredient wasn't glory at all,
Just seeds of morning glory.

Blue is my favorite.
He knew too well.

Never knew,
I was weak, not anymore.
