I could feel the relieved exhaustion going through my body. It had taken days, no weeks, to complete this training, but finally I was done. The challenge had been one of the greatest I had ever faced in my life. My fingers were worked to the bone, and my spirit felt drained of every ounce of strength it had. Soon, the training would have broken my body or my mind eventually, leaving me a lifeless shell, a corpse. However, it will all be worth it when I leave, since skill with Microsoft Office is considered very important in today's workplace.

Enjoyable Drabble. I think you have an excess 'the' in 'The challenge had been the one of the greatest', which could lead to an addition in 'since skill with Microsoft Office is [considered] very important in today's workplace.' perhaps?

Good eye! Even though I'd re-read the drabble before posting it, I failed to notice this myself. Thanks for pointing it out, and for the kind words!

Made me laugh! Reminds me when I had to take a MS Office course just before holidays. I barely passed like a few others and lots of people failed, it was brutal! lol But yeah, I wasn't expecting the last line either; you're good at surprise endings!
