The auditorium doors barely whispered as she pushed them open. Still everyone, including Professor Sorensen, whose lengthy sermon on the fine points of The Kellogg-Briand Pact her entrance had brutally halted, turned and watched as she slipped into the back row. Ignorant of the sudden gravitational shift in the room she opened her messenger bag, pulled out a yellow legal pad and a ballpoint pen, blew a strand of chestnut colored hair away from her sparkly green eyes, then turned her attention to the Professor. And so, I fell in love. Everyone did. But I was the lucky one.

Great entrance! Can't help but wonder what this would look like from Sorensen's angle.

Thanks!
I'll consider writing the scene from a number of different angles, including of cause the Professors’.
