I pondered over ‘what’ that attached me to my job, similar to greasing butter and dusting sugar.
It’s an amalgamation of emotions like anxiety, disgust, worries, frustration; akin to the warm base of egg yolks, milk, cornstarch and cocoa. It’s inclusive of happiness which smells like melted chocolate. If we’re passionate about our work, then pleasure supersedes, just like oozing dose of chocolate when combined with the base. Our workload lightens, parallel to the soft peaks of egg whites and sugar.
The concoction, a delicious reward. I snapped out of reverie, when the soufflé tasted heaven, right off the oven!

Sounds a great job.... delicious in fact... and as for soufflé, I love it! Any job vacancies there by any chance?
