Far abroad in the ocean, waves rise and fall, but this one was building. It was bigger than others and still managing to grow bigger and bigger, combined it builds faster than any recorded wave.
The people of California were warned of the wave's impending arrival. Still some refused to leave, dismissing it as people often will, others scattering in the wind.
