“Thank you sir – uh and I’m John. Mr Delacroix's a bit of a mouthful, I reckon.”
“I'm sure. Comfortable?”
“Yessir, Mr Norman. Right comfortable.”
“Excellent. Everyone been treating you ok? Anything you want to get off your chest?”
