Now Linda felt as if the house on Torquent Street was more of a prison. Brad was always working, with his job frequently requiring travel.

So she began to look elsewhere for comfort... and pleasures. They were all one-offs, usually men from out of town. She was careful, far more careful than she wanted to be.
