Brad's burgeoning football career came to a close with a career-ending knee injury. He was in his final semester so he was able to graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He was soon working for a top insurance company as a financial analyst. Linda's income was no longer needed so she left her job, which left more time for her to sit and think about her place in life.

The house on Torquent Street was soon purchased, and Linda poured herself into decorating and keeping her home. But soon the luster on that faded away as well...
