Berserko The Clown

by

Berserko the Clown drove his 1971 Volkswagen Beetle downtown to renew his driver's license. He parked on the street and got out as a man kept staring at him and the car. Berserko started down the block. The man kept staring intently at the car. Berserko rounded the corner and then looked back. The man still stared at the car.

Annoyed, Berserko walked back, approaching the man.

"Got a problem, pal?" Berserko asked.

He replied, "I was just waiting to see if more clowns came out of this car."

Berserko kneed him in the nuts and went on his way.

Don't know if you had that in the UK, but back in the day at circuses, in between the dancing bears and lion tamers, they'd have a Volkswagen pull out into the center ring and clowns would start pouring out of it, many more than what could actually fit in there.

I just did some research. Other cars were used as well as the Volkswagen, in fact it started with other small cars. But most people have a memory of the Volkswagen Beetle with clowns coming out of it.

Beserko is more fun to read about than he'd be to meet. 😁 😁
