"Get out of the way, Randolph," Rivers said as he stepped in front of the door and kicked it open. Before he even got his foot back onto the floor I pushed him into the room and quickly pulled the door closed, and then hightailed it for the stairs.

I could hear Rivers yelling "Randolph!" as I hurried down the stairs and jumped in the car. I needed to get to the Hotel Desierto pronto and warn Russo.

I peeled out, sending a ton of angry dust into the air behind the car, and then hauled ass toward the hotel...
