Gwendolyn was cleaning out the attic one afternoon and found her old dream trunk, a place where she collected things that represented all her dreams that she would one day make a reality. There was a travel brochure about Tahiti; a picture of the Eiffel Tower in Paris; a flyer about a marathon she wanted to run. So many dreams unfulfilled. A tear ran slowly down her cheek, thinking of wasted time.
I'm going to do it, she thought. Starting today!
She heard the front door slam and the kids coming in from school.
Tomorrow, she thought. I'll start tomorrow.

Thanks, Drew. Yeah, it's just life. Still, people need to make the time to pursue their dreams.

That was brilliant! every day life, nostalgia and reality kicking in... mind you, when the kids are grown up, who knows... she can fly, then :-)

Thank you, Frenchie. Unfortunately, people get set in their ways and by the time all the kids are gone they're too settled and too tired to make a lifestyle change. Still, I imagine most parents think it's worth the trade.
