As the sitar strums and the violin vibrates, with the piano pattering alongside them, I realise this meal is meant to be savoured, for we have all the time in the world, and it is a sacred right to be treasured, passed down through time, so I let the masala slip on my tongue and close my eyes and revel in sumptuous pleasure, as its sweet elixir slides across my senses, made of spices I can’t name, but who know my soul and what I need to heal, and every bite is orgasmic ecstasy, as I forget troubles and time.

Very powerful, and it captures the connection between memorable occasions and music we enjoy perfectly. Fab!
