A Thousand Lives

In dance, and music, I have lived a thousand lives, had a thousand adventures.

I have been a tribal warrior. An Egyptian. A Swan. A robot. A drummer. A cowboy. Several different pirates. Half of a dragon. A rat. A tall tree. A jazz dancer. A firebird. A snowflake. A nymph. A witch. And who could forget the chimney sweep, in that horrible dance routine?

This year, I only have to be me. Just a musician, a clarinettist. Its nice for a change. But perhaps next year, I will be someone else, and have more wonderful adventures. I can't wait.
