I stumble forward, my boots scuffing the floor, arms stretched out to guide me in the dark.
I lost Erin a few rooms back, a muffled yell being my only clue as to what happened. The lights left before she did, and I grabbed her hand before I could lose her. But she laughed, and I let go, trying to show that I had no fear.
Maybe I shouldn't have let go.
I'm afraid.
Something rough caresses my arm, my face,
grabs my ankle,
whispers in my ear,
pulls my hair,
nibbles on my ear.
When did I start running?

The series name is Toasty Ghosty because I have no clue what to name it and that's a pretty cute name... suggestions would be cool thanks! :)

Really cool drabble, I really like the line 'the lights left before she did'- adds to the mystery and the feeling of helplessness and something else being in control. Very mysterious also, you definatly need to carry on the series- I think there's a lot going on here that you're not divulging yet

I like the rationale of letting go of her hand and then, it's too late!
(Perhaps another title will arise as you continue with this.)
