I don’t believe in love at first sight but she was perfect. Entrancing. When she laughed her hair fell forward so she used her glasses like a hairband. Watching her was just a delight, she radiated happiness.
We’d found each other by chance. Her bags had split as she walked home and I’d helped her with them. The way she blushed had almost stopped my heart.
Before you knew it here I was, six months later, in my car outside her house watching her every move through the window.
She was unaware of me and the magic yet to come.
