Once you have found her, never let her go

Tonight was classic musical movie night at a trendy local cinema. My wife wanted to go; it was South Pacific... this time on the big screen. Somehow, I’d never seen it.

One after another, classic songs were belted out... it was difficult not to sing along. For me, the best was ‘Some Enchanted Evening’:

“Some enchanted evening, you may see a stranger,
You may see a stranger across a crowded room,
And somehow you know, you know even then,
That somewhere you’ll see her again and again.”

Because that was exactly how it happened for me over 55 years ago.
