Abockalypse!

The President of the meat factory in Mannheim, Germany prided himself in the company’s labour relations record. Until the new HR Direktor arrived! Almost immediately the Fleisch Faktor Union put the pressure on, demanding a massive pay increase.

Negotiations failed, prompting a ‘down-tools’. The production lines stopped dead. Desperate to resolve this crisis, the President himself led negotiations. He persuaded the local union chief to restart production.

Standing proudly next to a production line, waiting for sausages to start rolling off, the President saw the union’s National Konvenor approaching menacingly.

“Sheiße!” he said, “The wurst is yet to come!”
