Right you lot... time to get personal!

I’ve been trying to get my head round all this political correctness stuff. I never want to offend... and, in truth, would rather not be offended either, but it seems that in these days of gendertivity, one must tread very carefully. My employer has indicated that all staff members can decide their personal pronoun preferences. It’s all about the way we refer to people without having to keep using first names.

My personal pronoun preference is ‘it’. Call me it. Gedd-it?

But if you're not comfortable with it, just call me Nev!
