OK, I’m still sore about the beautiful white ratskin purse I made for my wife. You know, the one that mysteriously ‘disappeared’ before she used it!

With two suspects in the frame, mother and daughter, today I’ve had reason to cross my wife off the suspect list! It must’ve been her mum!

Because today Mrs H was sorting out the dressing-up box and with great delight came down to announce “I've found the dress you made me!”

And there it was, a paisley, empire-line mini-dress. She’d looked fabulous in it... and now she was ironing it! Yippee!
