Peachy

My body clock wakes me at sunrise. So my day starts. Lots of things I could do, like my work work, but it's my time; time for the things I want to do. Today it's making 'Pêches' - heavenly French-style peach jam.

You can't buy 'Pêches' here, but the German discounters are selling peaches so cheaply they practically pay me to take them off their hands. Rude not to!

Plunge peaches into boiling water to help remove skins, de-stone, cut up, add lemon juice, sugar, then boil. Voilà!
