Tonight we went to a classy, 42-seater bijou cinema to see 'Maudie', a delightful true story from Nova Scotia.

As credits rolled, a stupid, rude old woman in the front row stood up, talking very loudly to someone, whose husband also stood up, obliterating the remainder of the screen. The rest of the audience, still seated, were incandescent with rage, but ignored anyway!

We missed real-life clips of the actual people involved, the location, tracks and further embellishments to the story.

Thoughtless, selfish old fools! Not a violent man, I could nonetheless have smacked them in the face.

    A bit of a rant here I'm afraid...but we were denied important 'wrap-up' information by three extremely ill-mannered, thoughtless, selfish old people. :-{

    I am quite an embarrassment sometimes because I insist on sitting watching all the credits if for no other reason than I often want to see who sang what at the end when the music credits appear. :-)

    Years of Marvel superhero movies have taught me to stay until the credits are done because they almost always have a tag at the end that sets up the next offering from Marvel. So I perfectly can understand your frustration.

    Not to mention the fact that from "Dr. No" to "Octopussy" they would always tell after the credits what the name of the next James Bond movie would be.
