Winter depression can be savage. With Christmas a memory, January kicks you hard, where it really hurts, in your very soul. The depressive can lose self-belief, self-worth and hope. Even what you do well you don't do at all.
February creeps in surreptitiously with its promise of not being there long enough to worry about. But we're not fooled, Feb! 28 days of chilly self-doubt and doubt for the world itself.
But what's this? March springs in and suddenly snowdrops, crocuses and primroses shout their presence. Buds and birds abound. Hope springs.
Time to get drabbling again!

Ah! You noticed the drabbles were a little thin on the ground too! ;) Personally, I have an excuse for the dearth of drabbles. I was drugged up to the eyeballs on new pills from my neurologist. Which I've since stopped. :)

Thanks,Jeff. I lost couple of months with the winter blues. I turned down work I might otherwise have taken on and just lowbernated!

I think that might have happened to a few here. Bring on the hot summer drabbles :)

Thanks, Drew, had lunch out on the terrace in the warm sun three times in the past week, so no complaints this month so far... and not long before the clocks go forward. Yippee! :-)
