Living on the edge

I'm not bothering to count back the days. If I did, I'd probably scare myself into a different menu choice.

Freezer's already full to capacity. Room for the leftover turkey curry? And the gravadlax? And the turkey soup? Overcatering at Christmas is our thing. Taking a chance on leftovers is solely mine.

Today: Jamie's leftover turkey and leek pie. When is leftover over-left? We'll find out, maybe. Ingredients: Christmas turkey and stuffing, limp leeks, sausages cooked on Boxing Day, pre-Christmas bacon and way out of date pre-rolled pastry.
