Aftershock!

It was half-expected. The other half expected the eruption to have been fully spent. Recuperation and calm should prevail. No such luck.

There was no VEI measure to assess this explosivity. It was a case of guesswork, crossed fingers, silent prayer.... and as for likelihood, it was down to statistical chance. Had the clothes not been soaked, washed and dried from yesterday's explosion, there would have been no aftershock - 'Sod's Law!' But hey, little Harry's now a fashion icon and yellow ochre is the new in-colour.

It was a big, big job, but someone had to do it!
