Leaf Blowers at Dawn

I am an ordinary man. Like you, I unwittingly snub my doppelgänger’s friends. Occasionally, I am seized unduly by what should be a mild irritation. Only this morning, I was roused from my slumber by a neighbour; his leaf blower mewing like an angry cow. Just for him, I unleashed a creature with a beehive head. I own this was excessive, and it only inspired more racket, what with all the thrashing about and screaming and then the sirens and police at the door with their questions. Still, tomorrow I’ll sleep undisturbed, like a fresh leaf upon my neighbor’s driveway.
