People often talk about being heavy and how unhealthy it is, but rarely do they stop to think about the other half. Not the ones who pack on the pounds, no the ones that hide within themselves, trying desperately to shed their outer-shell.

I call them caterpillars in the rough...

If heavy folk are butterflies, with a little too much meat on their bones to lift themselves, then caterpillars are the ones who can't seem to get enough: food.

I've always butted heads with those who don't recognize their plight.

Look in the mirror, Ruth, I'm here for you.
