The Injection

Has there been an injection of sadness ?
Was one of those many jabs we had, just that ?
A doom and gloom booster, mood hoover, a vaccuum
Squeezing out all other sensation
Neutralising the tonics or obliterants we choose to use
We were supposed to be winning, when did we lose ?
Please don't conflate or confuse my message with those views put about by people inspired by Qs
I just see distress at the moment, even in people you usually feel should be strong and accomplished and happy
Can we not get an injection of happier news ?
