Revitalised

Michael’s active life came to a juddering halt when he discovered he couldn’t run. This was compounded when he had to crawl up the steps of the stadium to watch the Ashes Match.

Never a strong swimmer, yesterday he couldn’t lift his feet and tumbled to the bottom of the pool. Luckily, he was in the shallow end and survived.

A fellow swimmer came to the rescue and persuaded him to wear bright orange armbands with high visibility and EN1318-1 approval. With renewed confidence he hoped to run and watch another Test Match.

He threw away his walking stick.
