Help Is At Hand
My grandma is so clever. She knows everything. Whenever I’m unsure I go to her and seek her advice.
Post pandemic I wasn’t feeling very well. I didn’t know whether to lock myself down or wear a mask or even when to wear a mask. I had the sniffles with what used be called a cold. Grandma simply said: “Feed a cold, starve a fever.” I was soon better.
At other times she says: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Bulls hate red. Coffee stunts your growth.” The list is endless as she is just a canny granny.

(I hadn’t heard that coffee stunts your growth, Brian. My wife only drinks coffee and she’s noticed recently that she’s lost an inch in height.... so it must be true!)

Home made pods eh, Brian? That sounds fun. I thought pods were sealed units... or does your Senseo allow you to create a series of Brian’s Blends?

Mrs H is now one inch below five foot, Jamie. Moving down into the 4s was a bit of a shock for her... like £4.99, which she always recalls as £4 rather than a fiver (minus a tad)!
