Pain Relief

Despite much treatment Doug suffered from breathlessness and chronic back pain which limited his capacity to walk even to the local shops. When it was suggested that he should try using a three wheeled walker he scoffed that they were for little old ladies not real men.
Reluctantly he tried one in the Country Park with his friend Phil. By the time they had spotted a few birds, discussed the local council and solved the world’s problems they were back at the car park after stopping at a bench to admire the view.
He was excited about planning more walks.
