Packing the boxes neatly next to one another, the pile of cartons on the floor almost reached her soiled knees, pee still running down her thighs she needed to put just one more box on the shelf.

Boxes of brightly coloured happy-faced toys with fun names like “Happy Harold The Clever Clown”.

Grinning she drew a dirty hand through her matted hair, pulling out clumps and dropping them to the floor.

Bending down, she picked up another box to place on the shelf.

“And there she does it again folks, Mrs Tassford may just win today’s prize after all!”
