Whilst visiting your Mikley branch on Saturday I was astonished and horrified as a patron of 35 years to find that my weekly magazine was unavailable.

I approached your SURLY and RUDE "customer expert" who DEMANDED that I check again after the stock delivery!

Maybe it’s easier to watch football than stock the magazine racks?
