Watch Out For The Clowns
"They hide on the path behind the school," said Tommy.
"You're full of it!" snarled Eddie.
"Nuh uh," said Tommy. "There's five of 'em, and if they catch you, they kill you."
Eddie walked away, disgusted; the rest listened intently.
On the next morning, Tommy was orating again.
"Told ya!" he proclaimed. "Now, there's proof!"
"What proof?" they asked.
"Eddie," Tommy replied. "He went down the path after school; he didn't believe me, and they found him this morning."
An ambulance passed with its siren wailing.
There was stunned silence.
"The Clowns got him," Tommy announced solemnly, watching it pass.

Ha ha, I have just realised I have on my kindle the Random Drabblings of a Madman. That should be interesting, as soon as I finish the book I am reading now :=)

While I appreciate your patronage (and believe me, I do), that particular book was meant for those that are among the uninitiated when it comes to drabbles. I fear that you may be disappointed to realize that the drabbles included are already on this site.

Oh, I only had my initiation a month ago, I did not even know what a drabble was. Doesn't matter anyway, I am one of these people who can read and re-read and re-read and never get bored... and, I can speed read it then .... I may even write a (nice) review LOL.
