"Well, there's this procedure, we're always going through. And until now it has been very successful, if I may say so."
"And you do not believe it will work this time?"
"Not really. But everything will be kept strictly between us, that's a prerequisite."
"That's indubitable. Please continue!"
"We would be glad to comply."
"Always glad to help. Bye."

She removed her helpdesk headset.

    Usually they are far away in another country and being paid a pittance.

    Yes. I know. One of my friends has been working in a call center.
    Have you realized, that you have exclusively read "her" answers?
    I would love to know if my idea works.
