In the Woods of Limerick ...

A giant got tired of slaughter
abducted the clergyman's daughter.
Firstly was afraid
the pretty young maid
But to love him the huge guy then taught her.

A mother became the young maid.
The baby cried - early and late.
In a cloak he did drape
and he tried to escape...
She found him and scolded the mate.

The priest who had sought all around
got mad, when his daughter he found
with the colossal kid
therefore he said: "I bid
thee, come with me - without any sound."
