I sat today in your house for hours. And yes, I did take a sneaky peek in a few of your bedroom drawers. And okay, it’s certainly true that I shook my head at the contents of your fridge. And alright, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy a good half hour in front of your big screen plasma television.

But for the most part I just sat there.

In your living room.
On your sofa.
With my feet on your coffee table.
Contemplating the world you’ve built.

And I’ve never laughed so hard in all my life.

Nice - I think this is my favourite of yours that I've read. Bit of a digression from your usual stuff; you should do psychological more often.

I'm very pleased that you got so much out of this one, Neil. Thank you for letting me know that out of my collection, this was a favourite of yours. That's very rewarding to know. :-)

I'm with Neil- this one really stands out and is definitely among your best. There's an unhinged, dual quality to it that makes it very poignant and quite threatening but on the surface it's jovial. Good one

Very high praise, Jim; thank you for your kindness. I certainly intended for the duality you spoke of to be a feature of the piece. The thought of a mad man in your home, examining your life and finding it all patheticly hilarious is a particularly chilling one I think.

All of the other praises sound so professional but I just wanted to say I really love this!! I always enjoy your work but this would have to be one of my favorites. Can't wait to see what you create next :)
