Time for Fun

"It's time for some fun!" whispered the goblin that lives in my head.
I looked at the house; with its tall windows and brilliant grandeur.
I loved my Mum.
I loved my Dad.
I did not want to take their home.
Mum, especially, loved the place.
I examined them both, as they lay.
I studied the sleepy pair as they drifted away.
I remembered cursing defiantly at the goblin's will and knew I would obey.
The site made me tremble like a foolish juvenile.
Suddenly... Flash!
The house was ablaze.
The goblin that lives on my head, he laughed again.
