Harvey sprawled out on the large expanse of pure snow that greeted the boy's eyes with glistening pride.
He lay there, staring up at the clouded-over sky and small snow crystals that wafted downward in soft motions, wondering how long it had been since the sun had shone brightly.
He felt peculiar– he felt small in comparison to the long term of winter. Harvey also felt a strange sensation of longing. The brunette wanted to see it. He wanted to see the promising signs of spring; new life and overall beautiful, exhilarating feeling of being alive, of new life.
