Boredom was taking over our three marble statues.

Hehe! I love it. It’s saucy, but overall it’s pretty armless!😊 There must be more in this series; I love the concept and the freedom you’re taking with these women. Stone me! It’s good!

I used to like walking round Montpellier’s own Three Graces statue in the Place de la Comédie every year when I was working at the business school there. Not so gracious though were the famous burger chain’s signs on the building nearby.

There will be more in the series. I had intended to write a few drablrs this holiday, and catch up on paperwork too. Alas, the only thing that caught up with me was Omicron. It was only mild but it slowed me down considerably, lol....
p.s. I did not realise they had a public statue of the Three graces in Montpellier. But I found one in St Petersburg. 🤣

Sorry about the Omicron, Frenchie. Me too... still positive... but unsymptomatic. I got it from my son in law, who is guitarist in a rock band and he caught it at a pre-Christmas gig and infected me and his family! Our Christmas was virtually non-existent as my wife was in hospital in intensive care, but not Covid related but a ‘routine’ operation that they screwed up, with dangerous consequences! I feared we might have lost her, but she’s home with me now, living separately, with masks on, except that I’m cook and room service and general manservant🥴

I am out of self isolation. Against all odds, my son who has only one lung, did not need to go to hospital. I had to strike a bargain with his respiratory consultant that if his 02 went under 94 ,as I had to up it to 1ltr per mn, I would have to call an ambulance to take him. Unfortunately, me being postive I would not have been able to go with him and he has profound learning disabilities. So, I am grateful that he did not need to go. I am still watching him like an hawk, so here we are, I am also a housekeeper 🤣 -

Covid was really the Grinch, this year, more than last year.
