Even the strongest mountain can crumble. Where once stood proud peaks, now lies a pile of smoking rubble. No one thought the mountain would fall. However, it took only one tremor to bring it down.
Some people are like mountains. Strong, always there for others. Beasts of burden carrying the grief of those who are weaker, too often taken for granted.
Strong people do feel down but their friends don't have time to listen. Denied to them the right to have problems. Quickly forgotten when everything is well, they are told ''but you're strong.''
Yet, the mightiest mountain can crumble.

This is the drabble version of a poem I wrote. :) Too many times, some people lean on their friends in time of need, spending hours pouring out their woes but do not return the favour, making no time to listen to others.
