An enjoyable time
With Neville and Drew as temporary host
This place is stimulating, you feel enjoyment to post
You work hard to make a rhyme that sounds and goes right
And your rewarded with votes and a marvelous comment in sight
Then Neville and Drew make this site of drabbles richer
With western fighting and mysteries that make a clincher
Or the low and high life of gangsters a sincher
Finally marvelous people come with a story to place
Or some just read and vote, an important need in this space
Love being here, place only needs a bar and some beer

Great stuff and thanks for the very positive namechecks Peter. I love the Drablr site and sometime worry that I’m indulging myself too much... but it’s my drug. Re the bar/beer... next time I have a bottle of ‘amber nectar’, I’ll raise a glass to you (although it might be the middle of the day your time, depending on your time zone - ours is GMT) You might sense the ‘Cheers’ in the ether!a lovely tribute to Drablr... and it’s really thanks to Michael Cook who set it up and runs the site. The 1698 is very strong. I have a bottle waiting for me in the fridge. I just need the courage to take it on. I’m impressed that you can still write coherentlyish Drew!
