A sight for sore eyes
“Pat, Pat, come quick and look! A space ship has landed in our bottom field!!!”
Pat hurried to the kitchen, from where his mother had called him.
It was a space ship, pointed at the top, fins at the bottom.
They watched. A door opened at the top, a ladder came out and an alien appeared, pulling a pipe which it put in the stream.
“They need water.” Mum said.
The pipe went up again followed by the alien.
The ship took off.
“However do they manage to balance with only two legs?” Pat asked, standing on his three legs.
