Green With Envy

I have seen and heard a lot these 100 years. Many creatures of nature, much different from myself who are capable of extreme mobility. I envy them. Although I suspect I live much longer than they do, and thrive on carbon dioxide, sunlight, and water, they have arguably seen more. Sometimes I hear whispers from my neighbors on events they have witnessed. A two-legged creature attacking my kind with some sharp instrument. I have seen many creatures of this type, however they seemed to be concerned with mobility and sometimes climb into shiny metal beasts with rounded spinning feet...
