New House

"Mom! Come here!" a five-year-old boy Teddy is calling his mom. "What happened?" his mom runs over and asks. "There is a little cute bird in the yard!" Mom goes into the yard, and finds a small shivering brown bird with a bleeding leg. When she takes it inside and gives it to Teddy, he becomes very excited. He wants to keep the little bird. Mom finds a used shoe box, and puts some newspapers in it. The box then becomes the small bird's new house. Teddy and her mom are happy to receive a new family member.
