I never see them, but they're always there
Lurking behind every thought i have
Forever drowning them regardless of how hard i try forget

They paralyze me
Playing me an endless reel of their best moments
Pointing out varieties of perspectives
Each more humiliating than the last
My body trembles as the exits disappear

They remind me they're everywhere
Same crew
Different vessel
They're opinions will never change
They're opinions are fact

My world is forever ruled by them
Forced to play the role of runt of the litter
A sentence bestowed upon me while occupying this vessel
Abandon ship.
