Lying Loser

Today, I told someone that his mom died.
And I don’t know why I felt disgusted; besides, I only said that for the sake of winning the race.
He’s gross.
He let his emotions in the way of victory. I’m not like that.
Definitely gross!
As I think that, I end up visiting my own mother’s grave.
I brought a flower that I picked up on my way here.
Upon seeing her name carved in stone, my chest gets this disgusting feeling. I bow and put the flower in front of her tombstone.

“Disgusting,” I say as I walked away.
