The Boyles
Dear friends and family,
We have missed you very much and do apologise for our long silence. I think we have lost track of time!
As you know, we moved and now live at the end of a beautiful alley with trees and flowers. It is lovely and quiet here and we are surrounded by many long-lost friends. We would be so happy if you came to visit! Some of you may find our house dark and dingy, but we find it very cosy and it never gets too hot or cold. See you soon!

This actually comes from something I wrote when I was little. We were walking in the local cemetery and got a call from a friend who asked where we were. So we looked around and the tombstone next to us said "The Boyles". We answered that we were visiting the Boyles, and thus the story began! -
