I'd Rather Be Living Than Dead

I feel less, dare less, and make sure to be careless.
Contact without tact is surely the meaning
of life, love, and happiness. I mean that without
the typical paradox, the silent shouts, and other
oxymorons. Can you hear me?!
I don't mean to shout too loudly, but the walls
between reality and reality's battered wife, sanity,
are a bit thick, and I think that is the meaning
of death, hate, and my life. So, with bated breath, I
feel less, dare less, and make sure to be careless,
because I'd rather be living than dead, at least for now.
