Last night, nodding at insomnia, I hoped if sleep would ever dream of me
when my senses became victims of a contradictory surprise.
It passed the snap test, but that's not the end. Individually the mouthfuls would've disgusted anybody's experience, but this weird combination seems to stick around.
A pressed coin of coveted dark chocolate and simple wrapping opens a world of surprise by a gust of mint wind, amazed by the intense flavor, hoping to finish it.
Half an hour into convincing myself that these 2 wrongs turned into 1 right. A wishful thinking for many of my wrongs?

Like the wondering 'If sleep would ever dream of me..' Reminds of a Jorge Louis Borges quote 'In the dream of the dreamt man dreaming, the dreamer awakes'
