The BBC expert said on his ‘Just One Thing’ programme if I did just one thing I could stop gaining weight. “Don’t eat anything before 8am or after 8pm” he said. So I obey. Every day. So that ‘one thing’ should do the trick. Sorted!

Today though, accidentally, I started breakfast at one minute to 8! Crisis! How many extra calories is one minute? What to do? Eureka! Don’t eat after 7:59pm! Phew!

Relaxed, I enjoyed my breakfast, albeit one minute early.

But apparently the expert has a different ‘Just One Thing’ on radio every day!

”Hey.... play fair Michael!”
